Useful answers before a sales conversation.
These are the initial commercial and delivery boundaries. A signed proposal and agreement will define the details for an individual project.
What is Lumenieri Impulso?
Lumenieri Impulso is the primary way to begin working with us. We identify one important business need with you and take one useful, bounded solution through discovery, design, implementation, production, and handoff.
What can fit within Impulso Essential?
Impulso Essential is for one very small, clearly bounded outcome built on a supported reusable foundation. Depending on complexity and fit, it might be a focused one-page website, connected intake form, simple supported workflow, focused dashboard using one prepared source, or small internal utility. These are examples, not guaranteed inclusions.
Why do some launch projects begin at US$500?
During the launch of Lumenieri Impulso, we are reserving a limited number of places for small, carefully scoped solutions starting at US$500. This is possible through Lumenieri's own launch investment and the use of supported, reusable technical foundations, without reducing our standards for clarity, implementation, and handoff.
How is the right Impulso package selected?
Packages differ by scope and complexity, not by solution category. After the free fit conversation, we consider the number of workflows, systems, data sources, user groups, migrations, and security requirements, then recommend the package that fits the bounded outcome.
Are third-party services included in the price?
No. Hosting, domains, licenses, paid APIs, and other vendor services are separate unless the written scope says otherwise. Whenever practical, clients own and pay those services directly.
Does Lumenieri manage social media or advertising?
No. We build owned digital channels and tools such as websites, portals, forms, and applications. We do not manage social media accounts, publish ongoing content, or run advertising campaigns.
What happens after the free fit conversation?
If there is a potential fit, qualified local prospects may be invited to a working session in San José. We then recommend a package and provide a clear scope, price, responsibilities, timeline, and success criteria. The free conversation and optional session do not include a technical design, roadmap, prototype, or implementation plan.
What is a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)?
An FDE is an engineer who listens, understands the real process, and builds alongside the people who will use the solution. It is Lumenieri's working method, not a separate product or technology the client must purchase.
What does a paid package include through handoff?
Every package defines the outcome, scope, exclusions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria. It includes appropriate design or workflow validation, implementation, testing, production deployment, basic documentation, handoff, two consolidated revision rounds unless agreed otherwise, and correction of in-scope defects reported within 30 days.
How are payment, ownership, and outcomes handled?
Projects use written milestones, and client-specific deliverables transfer after full payment while clients retain their original materials. We commit to agreed technical results under documented conditions, not revenue, savings, traffic, adoption, search ranking, or other outcomes outside our control.
