    Optional working session

    Qualified local prospects may be invited to an in-person working session in San José to clarify context and fit. The session does not include a free roadmap, prototype, or implementation plan.

    Package and scope recommendation

    We recommend Essential, Tailored, or Integrated based on complexity and provide a clear scope, price, responsibilities, timeline, success criteria, and commercial terms.

    Paid discovery and design

    After agreement and initial payment, we understand the real process, validate requirements and exclusions, and shape the design or workflow with the people involved.

    Build and validation

Projects normally use 40 percent to begin paid discovery and design, 30 percent when the solution design is approved, and 30 percent before production or final handoff.

Scope control

Changes are discussed, not quietly absorbed

New sources, integrations, workflows, or priority changes may require a written adjustment to price, scope, or schedule.

Support

Handoff has a clear boundary

In-scope defects reported within 30 days are corrected. Ongoing support, content, process operation, continuous improvement, and new opportunities require a separate agreement.
